i donot recommend Ejari online, i would rather go and make this at the center.. it will diffidently take less time there. Several request asking to re scan and re scan.. I canceled my request after that, they deduct 100 AED for the tenancy contract gift.. although when somebody is submitting Ejari.. he will not use the contract rather than he will upload it because it will be ready and done. it doesn't worth the amount paid for online at all.
